RESERVATION POLICY
ㅤ
• We highly suggest securing your booking at least 2-3 days prior to your desired date. This will also give the management ample time to prepare for your check-in.• Walk-in reservation is allowed if there is no booked guest on that day. Please call or message us first to check availability.• Reservation is confirmed only when the 50% down payment is received.• Down payment is strictly non-refundable.• First to settle down payment, first to reserve a slot.
PAYMENT POLICY

• Balance is payable to the caretaker upon check-in. Only cash or online bank transfer will be accepted. Proof of payment is required for bank transfers. Please wait until we acknowledge your payment confirmation.• Any outstanding fees (e.g., time extension, additional pax) must be paid to the caretaker before leaving the resort. Receipt/s will be given before check-out.• Please note that no show means cancellation but can be used for rebooking.• If the guests failed to show up on the reserved date due to unforeseen events (e.g., typhoons, floods, emergency), it will be treated on a case-to-case basis and is subject to rescheduling.
PETS
ㅤ
• Pets are allowed inside the resort except in the pool area and on the bed. We also encourage owners to bring your pet’s cage/ bed.• Owners should be responsible in cleaning their pet’s litter. We require the use of pet diapers to keep pets from loitering around.• Please take responsibility and always keep an eye on your pets as there might be stray cats and dogs roaming around the resort.
POOL RULES

• NO diving. NO running. NO Pushing. NO rough play.• Shower before entering the pool.• Use Restrooms.• NO food or drinks allowed in the pool area.• NO glass or breakable containers in the pool area.• Children (10 years old and below) must always be accompanied by an adult while swimming.• Do not use the pool while intoxicated (drunk).
FACILITIES & EQUIPMENT

• Guests shall be held responsible for the proper use of the facilities including furniture, appliances, and equipment. Management reserves the right to hold the guests liable for any damage and/or loss of property. Damages and breakages must be reported to the caretaker.• Please observe cleanliness. Management will charge a cleaning fee of ₱500 or more for excessive dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning. (This may include, but is not limited to, confetti, party poppers, balloons, unwashed dishes, uncleaned leftover food waste, stained bedding etc.)• Use of videoke and/ or other amplifying equipment is only allowed from 8:00am to 10:00pm, in accordance with the law of the local government.• Do not leave your personal belongings unattended. Management shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.• Management shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries or any untoward incident that may occur while inside the resort premises.• Please note that we do require additional payment, in the amount of ₱800 to use the open kitchen with cooking appliances/ ₱500 for videoke.• Our bedding is limited and is only good for 15 pax. Please bring extra pillows and blankets if needed.
